Shipping / Pickup 

At Gardens of Bliss Candle Co. there is a single member devotedly pouring all of our artisanal candles and wax melts. Please allow 3-5 business days for your online orders to ship. We prefer to ship on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure your purchases are not in a hot delivery truck over the weekend. Please try your best to retrieve the package as soon as possible once it is delivered to prevent the products from melting outdoors.

You will receive the tracking information for your package via email as soon as it leaves the workshop. Please allow 3-5 business days for your orders to arrive once we ship based on how far you are from Albany, NY. If you would like to upgrade shipping please select an express shipping service at check out. Currently we are not offering free shipping, but we hope to do so in the future!

We also offer in person pickup at checkout for residents of Albany, New York. Orders are ready for pickup the next business day, however you will be alerted when your order is ready. Pick up details will be provided when your order is successfully placed.

Returns/Exchanges

Due to the nature of our product, we are currently not offering returns and exchanges. In the event the product is damaged during shipping, we will refund or replace the item. Photographic proof must be provided immediately via email to shopgardensofbliss@gmail.com with your order number and a description of what is wrong with the product.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for any damages to the boxes, matches or other cosmetic items during shipping.
